Refund policy
At Titanium Custom Creations, every product is crafted with care and precision. Many of our products are made to order or customized specifically for each customer. Please review our return policy before placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible, non-custom products within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging and accessories.
- Be free of damage caused after delivery.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Custom & Personalized Products
Because custom products are manufactured specifically for you, customized, personalized, made-to-order, and CNC-machined products are not eligible for return or exchange unless:
- The product arrives damaged during shipping.
- The wrong item was sent.
- There is a manufacturing defect.
- The product does not match the approved design or specifications.
Please review all drawings, proofs, dimensions, and customization details carefully before approving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the product.
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging if shipping damage is involved.
We will work quickly to repair, replace, or refund qualifying orders.
Exchanges
We replace products only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly manufactured.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellations cannot be guaranteed because materials, labor, and machine time have already been committed.
Shipping Costs
If a return is approved because of our error or a verified manufacturing defect, we will provide return shipping instructions.
For approved returns that are not the result of our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our mistake.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Natural Wood Disclaimer
Wood is a natural material. Variations in grain, color, texture, knots, mineral streaks, and figure are natural characteristics and make every piece unique. These natural variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for return or refund.
