we want you to love your purchase!  if there's a problem with your order, we're here to help

Returns

we accept returns within 14 days of delivery on non-custom items.  to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Non-returnable items

due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on custom or personalized orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.  if approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging we'll work with you to make it right
